Because I don't think that it made a differance for me. My parents smoke cigs and so do I occasionally. I also smoke bud but I don't think my parents do. They also drink regulary but they don't get drunk regularly. So I was wondering, do you think that your parents had an effect on the drugs you do now?

It's believed that you have a predisposition to addiction if your parents have been addicted to drugs in their past, or if they still are. I know that both of my parents have had their addictions and I've had my own issues. When two people who have been addicted make a baby, their child will generally have those addictive personality traits as well.
