wel it is a type of sex, hence the name oral SEX...but it isnt sexual intercourse, so in that terms, no it isnt sex.

oral sex=penis and mounth / vagina and mouth-you can get STDs from these so use protection

sexual intercouse-Penis and vagina-you can also get STDs and also can become pregnant so use contaception

condoms stop STDs and also pregnancy
