I personally like the early morning or night. It's quiet and just really nice. I only do night since I have class in the morning.

Well I always run after school, so thats usually from about 330-5, but my favorite time is like 10-1130, so its not too hot but its sunny, and I have the mountain and all the trails to myself.

I like to run in the morning when it's not too hot out but it's sunny, like Will said :P, so I guess any time between 9 and 11 am - but thats during the summer/warm months. During the colder months as long as it's light out it doesn't really matter.

Idk..I like running whenever I feel like it, and when people aren't watching me. I just feel weird if someones watching me run, and also, I'm not one of those people who takes being told what to do well...so...

I like to run at night. The pavement isn't too warm or cold at night.

When I don't have school, I wake up early and run. 6 am when there is no one else around is when I prefer to run. Plus in the summer, it's not too hot then. I don't usually run before school though, just because I don't have time to really. When I'm in school, I usually run as soon as I get home, so around 3 pm.

Running is the best exercise for the fitness and health. It improve our stamina and shape up body. I do running daily for at least 30 minutes for fitness purposes.
Th best time for the running is morning time, at this time energy is full.

Depends on who you ask. They use to say do your workouts in the morning first thing, then it was at night when you're more limber, then it was in the early afternoon for this reason. Then they said to split up your weight training from your cardio... and I could go on and on. Basically, you can come up with any reason to do any exercising at any time of day. And you can come up with just as many reasons to not do it at any given time. The most recent stuff I have read is to do it at the same time every day. This way your body is expecting the exercise at a certain time every day. But I'm sure it will change from this in a few years :P

I live in a desert basically in Arizona so in the summer running is difficult. I used to try to get early in the morning to beat the heat but... haha who gets up early in the summer ? :P so I would run around dusk.

Early morning would be ideal for me. I feel as if I am watching the world wake up, and it calms me down.

I'll always go around 7. Theres a park that's about a three minute walk from my house with miles of trails, nobodies there, sunset, usually a little cooler out, perfect place and time for a run.

"They" always said mornings were better, first thing in the morning when you're running on your reserves. Sleeping in still beats the sacrifice sometimes :S

I love going for walks around 7:30am - 8am. At least in South Florida, the sky is prettiest at that time and the air is nice and cool. Running / jogging would be perfect for that weather and scenery.

In the morning. From about 6:30-9 would be good before it starts getting warm. you could also go at about 7-8:30 at night, but then you gotta watch out for bugs.

During summer, I like to jog in the morning so I can avoid the heat. Early evening is also an option too....that's usually when I jog during the school year when I have classes.
