Yup, you can. Usually it's nicer to finish up the entire thing.

Sometimes it really feels like you didn't get it all out of your system. It's usually because you didn't finish all the way after orgasm or you need to pee. Jacking off again usually cures it ;-)

no it just feels more sensitive after masturbating. for some guys its not a problem because the sensitive feeling goes away after a few minutes, it only lasts a minute or 2 for me unless i do it a lot. everyone is different tho, someone else might feel sensitive for a lot longer or maybe less
