A world that is filled with chaos,
A world that is filled with dismay.
A world I hide from,
Each and every day.

I pass each hour with a sadness in my heart,
I pass each second; always in thought.
If those who were cruel just became kind,
What would they do with all their spare time?

Time to live,
Time to love,
In a world without chaos,
A world without distrust.

The lies they told,
Never would've happened.
The burdens they hold,
Shared among us.

But it is not to be,
For a balance must be kept.
Between the wicked and the kind,
Between the sighted and the blind.

My world is filled with chaos,
My world is filled with dismay,
It's my world I hide from,
Each and every day.

This is written beautifully. Sadly, we all live in this world of chaos and dismay, but maybe this will change a bully from committing the sin of hurting another person. Just out off curiosity, how long did it take you to write this?
