I think that most guys on here either measure wrong or lie about it. I don't think that makes sense because you don't know anyone on here personally. Who cares if they know you're small?

I'd say that some of them lie, I mean come on how hard can it be to put a ruler next to your penis?!!

To answer your question, the correct way to measure is to hold the ruler from the base of your penis (no, not backwards :P), and measure it that way, not the side!
The girth, you wrap a flexible tape measure around it, or string, and measure the points.
Just don't worry about those people. Some aren't lying, others, are just self conscious, and use at to make themselves feel better. Just don't worry about it. :D

People may lie about their size because they are uncomfortable with it, and they see the internet as a place to be able to create their own image and shape it up as they wish. Just ignore it if you think somebody is lying, calling them out on it really won't do any good and it actually could lower their self esteem to an even lower point.

You're 16 so that's believable... But if you were 13 and said that, there is no way I'd believe you

For length, you take a ruler and measure acrosee the top of your dick, not the side! Make sure it is toucing your skin, but not pressing into your skin. To measure the girth, you take a piece of string and wrap it around the center of your dick and mark it off where the beginning meets another part of the string. Then put the tip of the string on the end of a ruler and where the mark is on the string is the circumfrance or girth of your dick. Thats how to meaure your dick
People also lie about their dick size cuz in real life its small so they need to bump u their ego and stuff to make themselves feel better.
Im 13, my dick is exactly 5.5 inches long(and im proud) and 5 inch girth (yet again, proud).

Well most of the guys who say they're 8" and 13 simply use this technique: they measure their dick, multiply the number by 3 then brag. Seriously though, I can believe that a few people may actually be 8" but not 13 year olds and nowhere near as many people that claim to be that big.

i dont think there is a standard for measuring, so everyone is doing it differently and coming up with all kinds of numbers. i measure from the top base to the tip

there needs to be more awareness on how to measure it. until now i didn't know that the top was the best way to measure. maybe it would get rid of some crazy measurements. I've been doing it on the side the few times in life i have measured and I was kinda confused haha. i dont think i'll ever know my 100% real size, but who cares honestly. i know the range lol

Humans, particularly males, are prone to instinctively desire dominance among the rest of the group, even if that means faking it, and this custom is prevalent in many other species of animals. By lying, people are only lying to themselves more than they are to anyone else, but you cannot disregard every person who claims to have a large penis, as they could potentially be telling the truth; you must realize that penis size truly doesn't matter when it comes to loving your partner, as well as them loving you.

Hypothetically speaking, how large must have Jonah Falcon (The man with the [supposed] largest penis in the world) been when he was young to be able to reach the point he's at now (13.5 in.)?
My point is, you can't label everyone who claims to be far above average for their age to be lying simply because you are in disbelief of their endowment.

When I did it, I just used a ruler from the base to the tip. You would probably not call me a liar if I told you my size put it that way :/
And I have never felt the need to measure girth

Did we just revive a post from nearly two years ago? Wow... But it's true. Every boy kinda measures in his own way and it makes it hard to compare, and many - especially youngslings - seem to be unable to perform a proper measurement.

its obvious that some exaggerate, others just may be naive on how to measure properly
