out and loud?

i would put gay and proud but this covers bi's to.
i was just wondering how many people are 'out' in real life....like the whole social basis knows they are gay/bi.
im incredibly proud of anyone who is because of the way gay people aretreated nowadays.
yeah so just me wondering.

I have a bit of a hang up with my sexuality when it comes to other people in regards I cant really talk about it. With most of my friends I live in a glass closet, where they know I am gay, I know they know, but we never talk about it. It could be worse! lol
