Would it make you angry if your prom date was hooking up with people? Even if you two were just going as friends? Bc my prom date (or should I say ex prom date) thought it was okay for that to happen, which I completely disagree with

Not that I've ever been in that situation but I don't think it would make me that angry considering we would have been going as just friends. Yeah, sure I'd be upset but it's their choice in the end.

I dont know, she's just your friend so she can do what she wants, but if you were supposed to hang out all night and she left you alone then yeah that's messed up

I don't see the point in going "with" someone, I think you should just turn up and do what you do, I don't understand why it must be a huge gathering of people dating :s

Well, I've never been in this situation, but did she say to you, I'm hooking up with ____ so we can't go now? Or are you now cancling on her? I mean if you two are just friends, then theres not much you can do.

It sounds like you don't want to be going just as friends, you want more than that.

I can't say that I don't have feelings for her. I think I'm just confused about the whole situation. As of now I'm still not going with her and she's not going with anyon. Idk If I want to go anymore though

Well either way its going to hurt, especially if you have some kind of feelings for her. She agreed to go with you, friends or not she shouldn't really be planning on spending all her time with other guys there. If she was that keen on it maybe she should've arranged to go with one of them?

Not that I ever have, or ever will, be in that situation, but if you're going as friends then I don't think it should be that big of a deal.
