Guys tend to finish puberty anywhere from 18-early 20s. So don't worry.

I'm 16, almost 17, and I am 6.75-7 inches...I thought i was done growing at 6.5 but suddenly I measured at what I am now! From my experience you can not yet tell when you are done growing.
