When I look in my penis hole.. It looks like theres some clear liquid stuff in there and I thought i was like semen or somethin. Its all shiny and looks liquidy. It was perfectly dry though when i touched it. Is the inside of your penis coated with somethin or somethin? I don't know.

Yes. The hole is called your urethra. It's lubed with a miscellaneous body fluid so it doesn't get raw from friction or close up and prevent urine/ejaculate from traveling. This extremely natural ;-)

It probably dried when your finger touched your urethra and absorbed the fluid.
