Cutting nightmares.

I had a bad dream last night. My mother found out that I cut because I left my razor out on a table in the living room. When I got home from school, she confronted me about it. I denied it, and showed her my wrists to prove I don't cut. I never cut my arms (just in case a situation like this were to pop up), but in my dream, there were cuts on my arms. She freaked out about the cuts and vowed to send me to a mental hospital. I still screamed at her that I don't cut even though the scars were very noticable on my wirsts. I couldn't figure out how they got there, and that's what I told her. She refused to believe me, but before anything else happened, I woke up.

This one was the first really bad nightmare one for me... And I haven't even been cutting as much lately. Has anyone else had nightmares about cutting?

Ouch, sounds really scary. Luckily it was only a dream. Don`t worry, you`ll eventually forget about it. As for dreams, I`ve never had one about that. I`ve never even cut myself, and never hope to do so.

I've had dreams about cutting, but never nightmares. I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

That was lucky that it was only just a dream. I to have only ever had dreams about cutting but never a nightmare.

I know exactly what you mean, it has happened to me a few times. I know how awful it is but when it comes down to it they are just dreams and you have to ignore them.
