There is this freshman girl in my Japanese class who ive become friends with and I want to ask her out. I had asked my sensei how so ask someone out in Japanese. But my delema is where and how do i ask.

I have never had a gf before so its all new to me

Do it when you feel is right, this shouldn't feel rushed. Start with giving her compliments, tell her she looks pretty everyday. Even if she's wearing something, or looks hideous. If she says she looks ugly, still say "You'll always look pretty in my eyes no matter what".

You'll know when the time is right, you'll feel it.
