Don't be worried about failing, put a positive attitude on. Just try to relax and ask your teachers for help with revision. If you're eating a lot, try to eat food with protein in such as eggs, baked beans, meat and fish. Protein helps your brain learn and make connections. Study as well as you can, effort is more important than performance in some ways, if you try hard and get a bad grade, don't worry you did your best, and they sometimes let you re-take exams so you can see how you went wrong and learn for the next time. I am currently doing my GCSEs and I'm stressing a bit aswell because my girlfriend dumped me last week and I'm worried about exams, but I am still going to study hard and try to get the best out of it, just think that these exams will determine the rest of your life, so don't panic and revise.
Honestly keep calm and good luck :)

First off, welcome to VT! We are always here to support you, so don't feel afraid to ask us anything.

Now to get to the OP. Relax, make sure you study for the exams if you want to get a good score. Maybe you could practice with someone else in your family? If you want to do good than you should definitely make sure you know the material. If you are worried specifically about gaining weight, you should probably post another thread specifically for that as we will be able to assist you better if you do.

Good luck with everything!
