i would say late teens early twenties. but mostly like between 16-20

It depends on what you are asking. Men are fertile for life, even though their sperm count may lower. But if you are asking when do men have to most sex drive, im guessing between 16-30.

It really depends on the individual.......but yes, usually between late teens and early twenties. Sexual peak (in terms of sex drive) outside of this boundary is not uncommon tho.
