Go real slow, ask her hows shes feeling, its gonna hurt that first time and she is going to be sore, you might not get to finish either unless u cum real fast, but after a few times it will feel good for her, maybe have her on top so she can control how deep and fast u go

No matter what, it's always uncomfortable for the girl the first time. Best advice is to make her as relaxed as possible. That means having a place where you're both comfortable and know u won't be caught. She won't be relaxed if she things you'll get caught or walked in on.
Other than that, lots of foreplay and go slow. Eventually she'll get aroused enough to want to try it.

its gonna be uncomfortable the first time for a girl. just have her tell you how she feels and maybe let her do some of the works so she can be more comfortable

the hymn "popping" is different for all girls but it is almost always uncomfortable. try to stay very relaxed and try lots of foreplay. no matter what it will he uncomfortable for her the first time. but after that she will love it dont worry.
PS i am a virgin BTW so i only know so much sorry
