Tellin bff everything

Im trying to tell my best friend everything im tried of hiding it but im having problems telling her everything about the voices and stuff cuz i know how she is, shes worries alot. I just want to tell her but i just cant. I need help on how to tell her.

Are you thinking of telling her face to face because I think that's the best way to get everything out. Just invite her over or go out together and explain to her, take your time because it will be hare. It is amazing that you're doing this and im sure it will help having someone who knows what you're going through. If she worries a lot there isn't much you can do about that, just don't get impatient with her and remember that she cares about you.

I told her, she got mad cuz i kept it from her she doesnt want to lose me cuz im the reason she lives then she took off my arm warmers cuz i asked what if i cut the she cried cuz i cut in the first place she made me promise not to cut. And now shes still mad cuz i kept everything from her

Oh im sorry. It's because she cares for you so much, she will calm down she is probably angry and upset at herself more than you. You have her now so use that to your advantage. You should be so proud.of yourself for telling her, well done.
