Ok guys, i know i dont have depression but i get upset with the way i look quite a lot. I am 15 and i am starting to get turned on by girls, and i am starting to get close to a lot of them. But the only thing is that i am getting sexually interested in them and them to me but the only thing is that i am a little fat. i am not fat i just have a little bit of fat on my belly that never goes away and i hate it.

So i am thinking about talking to mum and about sex and if i need to lose weight or is it just a phase through puberty? and to talj to her about girls but im not sure, what do you reckon guys?

Ok, this may sound cliche, but personally, I prefer personality over looks. If you're sweet, nice, funny, and overall charming, then you should have no problems getting girls. :) Just be yourself, that always works. Trust me! you have to be happy with yourself before you can make anyone happy. make sure that you are happy with yourself. there are times when you can put yourself first, and this is it. don't worry, you're 15, and you have lots of time to settle down.

First of all, I wouldn't talk to my mom about having sex and all. Hahaha. Awkward. And about the looking good thing, obviously a lot more girls will like you if you have a nice and healthy body. I think if you're really determined, you'll work out and lose that fat in no time.

I'm with Taryn on this one. Girls repeatedly tell me that they don't really care for good looks. That's just the cherry on top. Girls' attraction depends on your character/intelligence/humour etc 99.9% of the time. Don't worry about the 0.1% who care mostly for looks, they are not worth your time. Seriously.

But you say girls really like you already, so you evidently have a fantastic personality. But if YOU'RE unhappy with your body, then do something about it! Otherwise relax!

But guys' attraction to girls and other guys is based more on looks. That's just from what I observe.
