Can't figure out what to do...

So I'm spending the weekend at the beach with my parents, and all they've been doing is yelling at me, my sister, and each other. It's been really stressful, and I've had the urge to cut for practically the entire time. But of course I can't, cause I'm with my parents. Any advice on how to substitute the urges?

well, just realize that they are probably only yelling at each other because this trip is stressful for them. please know that it isnt your fault.

try punching a pillow, or venting your thoughts into a diary, it helps me stop the urges alot
