I burned myself about three-ish weeks ago, and my scars still wont leave. I was reallyupset, but now I regret it. They arent, like obvious, but they definetly are visible on my wrists. ITs gettin too warm to wear sweaters all the time. help!

It really depends on the burn/cut, sometimes they can take years to fade, or never do.
I guess that could be a stopping incentive if you'd like to try.

They don't

Not always true, it depends how bad they are.

In my experience, burns tend to scar worse than cuts. If you did it 3 weeks ago, and it's starting to fade, there's a chance it might completely go, or fade to the point where you kind of have to know that it's there to notice it if you get what I mean. I'm afraid to say that pretty much every time I've burnt myself, I've been left with a scar, but that doesn't mean you definitely will.

If you want them to fade as much as they can, I'd suggest bio oil. It's good for fading scars. Don't use it on fresh wounds, only scars. You should start to see the effects within about 2 weeks, but you need to be patient, because it won't happen over night. Chances are it won't completely fade, not right now anyway, but if you look after it it might fade to the point where you hardly notice it.

Not all scars fade, it depends on the severity of them. You can get certain plasters and creams to help reduce the scarring :)

Scars can take a long time to heal. I haven't cut in 2 years and 4 months - some of mine are still visible, though greatly faded. I've read that vitamin C and E help, but I've never tried them.

As you age, it gets harder for your skin to heal cuts completely so some stay but it depends on how severe the scar is.

Scarzone helps! :) wait until they heal completely and its just a scar! Then go out and buy scarzone and that makes them semi go away!

I've read that vitamin C and E help, but I've never tried them.

I've used Vitamin E oil and it helped a lot but that was when the scars were still new. If you do use them, make sure to properly rub it into your skin to increase blood flow to the area and promote the buildup of healthy tissue. You can actually use any lube-type thing, hell water will do, or spit if you lick your thumb and do it in class- nobody will think anything of it.
