I'm 13 and my parent's are going through a divorce. Both are hard on me and I'm really stressed out. I started punching walls, getting very angry, crying non-stop sometimes, throwing stuff, and cutting myself. I cut my penis and about twice along with my arms. I don't understand where I get the urge to do this crap from. I just fell like there's not solution to this problem. Anyone have advice on how to keep my mind off the situation and problems?

go out with friends, join a club, make new friends through here, find a time consuming hobby like building models, focus on school, read...

anything that isn't self-destructive like cutting or drinking or doing drugs is good i think

I would say, try and stay out of the house when you're feeling stressed/angry/depressed, whatever. Go out on your bike/skateboard/roller-blades/whatever lol, call up your friends, see if you can go round their house. Go to the shops, just do something.

If you can't get out the house, what I do when I'm angry, or if my parents are arguing, is put my iPod or hifi up reeeeeeally load, usually something like Linkin Park, so that I can't hear them, and I can jump around my room and stomp and head bang and then I feel really worn out and calm afterwards.

Just do something other than cut, 'cause that's really crap.

Find another way to pent your feelings, avoid self harm at all costs, you don't want to take that path.
Try writing stories, poetry, songs, drawing, painting, punching a pillow (cuz that won't hurt), play a video game like prince of persia (great for stress, kicking all those sand mosters ass), heck even try playing solitare.
And yeah what the? is right, rock music allll the way, try out Tantric, their a pretty good band (this is assuming you like rock).

You could always go out to a forest or something and get a big huge stick and whack it aagainst the ground or a tree until it breaks into pieces and until you get all your anger out. For me i just swear non stop to get my anger out, or i punch someone or push them but i never hurt myself. Or you could go for a bike ride and ride really really fast, that always seems to calm me down. it takes my mind off things, but goodluck coping with the divorce.

i use music to 'get away' from reality
its the best thing for me when im upset/angry/stressed/sad or any synonyms of those words

I find taking my music with me and going for a walk or a bus/train journey helps me ride out urges to harm myself.

As said before, find something to do (excercise, writing, etc.) that lets out your anger without hurting you or anyone else.
