Dreaming of cheating on gf?

my gf and I have been together since early Jan. 2012. but lately, ive had lucid dreams of me with another girl. we are friends, and I talk to her less than daily. Both the girl in my dreams and my gf are in my school. Im unsure of what to nake of these dreams. Why, exactly, is this happening? Is it common?

I wouldn't worry about them. Dreams like this occur all the time with people our age. I've had plenty of them but just shrug them off as 'just dreams' so to speak.

Er. Dreams are dreams. If your superstitious then you can take them seriously. But if you know your feelings about your gf, and your love is for her alone, then your dreams are just jealous of you xD

Not something I would worry about, as long as you happy with your girlfriend then, there should be nothing to be concered of, like they said dreams are dreams.

They most likely reflect the urge to have sexual relations, and if you find her attractive at all, it would be understandable that you dream of her in such a way. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but if you think you have feelings for her than you may want to reconsider your current relationship for the sake of you not hurting your current girlfriend.

Dreams dont have to mean anything, im not sure if you are having sex with your gf, if not then maybe you are just really horny and your dreams are compensating for you not having sex

I've dreamt about having sexual relations with other men before. As long as you don't act on these dreams or develop high feelings for this other girl you're fine. Unless you truely don't want to be with your girlfriend. Don't cheat on a girl that's not classy and so disrespectful. If you don't like her enough to be with just her than end it. I'm 19 and I've held the same boyfriend for almost 3 years. I would never cheat on him.
