uh-oh... here comes the memories... Every doctor i've been inspected by were girls and nearly every time it happened they just got a measuring tape out and scribbled something down on a piece of paper.

I never got a boner while I was in there with him, but I've read from many places that they just pretend nothing happens. Getting boners while someone else is feeling you is sooo common and basically you both just try to ignore it - he's gone through it a lot more time than you!

But that pays the bills :P

I think like during my freshman year physical exam, I got a boner and was kind of embarassed. I mean, you can't help it, so why bother worrying about it? My doctor was a woman, so I felt a little weird.

Normally I can with stand getting a boner when I'm having a check up from a doctor.. but it has happened, only once though. She just said to me "don't worry, thats normal" because I guess she read my embarassment. So it doesn't bother me much if it happens.

The only thing I find annoying about it is your mom is in the room with you...and thats REALLY awkward.

my parents never come in ther room when I get physicals... the doctor just takes us back... does the normal thing... asks my sister to leave and then does the genital check

Most doctors understand whats going on and react with maturity, however like Squeegie said, it can be really awkward if a parent is in the room. (I don't let them in the room anymore, lol)

I came SOOOOO close to getting one when my doc was checking on my penis... I kept telling myself in my head "Don't get hard, don't get hard, don't get hard!" And the only reason is because my mom was in the room. :whoops:

I've never had a check up unless I'm ill it's not common practice were I live.
Should I get one, I don't know how to get one it would be akward to ask parents to take me for a physical

if you ever happened to get a boner in the doctors and u got a male doctor (cause im not sure about women doctors but im pretty sure it would be the same for a male doctor), they would act proffessionally and just either ignore it or something like that

when i was getting 1 my doctor was a man ( he was gay) all he just said is that your girlfriends and your wife is going to be lucky, well i started leaking a bit and he said your not the first, then he said some more things and inspected (glad my parents wern't there in the room and nobody else besides me and the doctor), that was so embarrising, but the doctor was young and kinda cute

I have a female doctor who is not bad looking, in her early 30's. I had to go to the doctor's officer for a physical before football started. It went pretty much normal and i thought i would get away with no penis check this time.

No Luck.

She told me to drop my pants so i did. While she was doing the hernia check i startedto get a boner. I tried to think about the Brewer game but that didn't help. Within seconds i had a raging boner right in my doctor's face. She looked at it for a second and then went back to the check. I said sorry and she said its no big deal. I started to leak but right as it was over. lol i think she saw it.

Over here in the UK people don't generally go to the doctor unless they have reason to believe something is wrong.
And I'm iatrophobic - once I lost my voice and it took me like 9 days to eventually let my mum persuade me to go to the doctor, I kept whispering like "no it's getting better" even though it wasn't though lol but I would probably go there if I thought I had a major problem
