Coming out to friends can be tough because you don't always know how they will react or if they'll entirely accept you. Some people won't mind but some people are either afraid of change or are just not accepting people. Not everybody reacts that way though, your friends might be totally cool with it and will hopefully see you for who you are.

Well im lesbian but this will occur with everyone.
POSITIVES:
- People were accepting
- People were asking questions which means they are accepting and just want to know more about it
- They still treated me normally and not differently even when they said "so which guy do you think is the hottest" i would give an answer they would just laugh cause they couldnt say "oooohhh" and i laughed too
NEGATIVES:
- Some people were weirded out and avoided me
- Some people thought it was gross
- I got rude homophobic notes in my locker
- People looked at me funny
So overall i have had a pretty good experiance and i think it completely deppends on the people around you, if they are your true friends they will accept you no matter who you are and if people nagg you about it your friends with be there by your side.

a negative would be the non accepting people
positive would be the people who you get along with and being yourself

Well, positive, it'll feel like a great weight is off your shoulder, it'll feel like you can climb Mt. Everest.
Negative, neglect, bullying, not-so-pleasant opinion.
I dealt with both after I came out to my friends, you just have to push through it, and keep your head up, good luck :)

Neg: lost some friends and get called names
Pos: now I can be myself and not worry about being found out.

negative : they get weirded out a bit.
positive : they get over it eventually and you get to be yourself around them. :)
make sure it someone you can trust if you want it to be a secret

I tend to agree with the above. I go to a small school, so I've had more of the negatives, but if someone is really your friend he/she won't care and will be supportive of you no matter what.
