I cannot climb AT ALL.

No matter what I do or how hard I try I can't lift myself up on a stupid tiny rock ledge. The chances of me getting to the top or even half way is 0%

is there anyone else who can't climb at all? :/ I feel really stupid with the fact I can't climb while pretty much everyone in my class can, even if they can't get to the top. At least they can get partially up. The people belaying for me probably think I'm really lame as I can't even climb and they don't even have to belay at all. >_>

I tried traversing today. I did slightly better on that than actual climbing, but I didn't get very far. Holding myself up and grabbing at the rocks takes too much of my energy and I get exhausted.

Are you afraid of heights? Maybe that's making it even harder for you.

But when you're climbing a rock wall. you don't use just your upper body, you need to use your legs to push yourself up to the other rocks.

Yeah I am. but if I can't even get up half way I won't even be facing that fear

I try to use my legs, but I can't ):

Grasp onto rocks with both of your hands, and then find a rock to put a foot on. Shoot for a rock that makes your knee around 60 degrees bent or so. Then put all of your weight onto that foot, and push yourself up, using your hands to help pull you up also. Once you find that rock, just straighten your knee out with you'll automatically go higher, so you can move your hands onto other rocks.

eh, I can't really do that either...every part of me is weak. I did manage to get a little higher on this one wall that was fairly easy, but after that one attempt I could barely do another. I get tired REALLY easily
