Well, if she looks at you then moves her eyes another direction. Then it was probably an "accidental look" in my opinion. Now if she looks at you and keeps staring at you for a few more seconds, then I think that she was checking you out most likely. Also if they make weird expressions that seem like a smirk or they don't look disgusted. That's my input.
