firstly i am uncut and lately whenever i jerk off after my foreskin is a bit red and sensitive for like a day or 2 after....anyway i can avoid this happening? should i start jerking with my skin all the way back from now on and use lube instead? thanks

Maybe you're just going a bit rough? If your foreskin will go all the way back COMFORTABLY then, by all means, try it. I think just slowing down a bit might work just as well, though.

Try not doing it as roughly and add a bit of lube. Usually does the trick for me whenever I get a bit sore

spit on it or use some precum or something. it feels better wet anyway.
