I wieght about 160 and I would say I'm 5'10-5'11 and I want to skim down o about 140 before summer. I can drive to the gym. So what is the bet way at the gym to lose wieght and gain some tone. Also I do know that diet is a big part too.

After diet, you want to do cardio and core exercises.
Warm up on the elliptical then start on a treadmill or cycling machine/bike.
Core exercises such as pyrotechnics and strength also can help weight loss.

well, first I'd like to reccommend that if the gym is not too far, walk there instead. The weather's still relatively cold this time of year and your body burns a ton of calories just keeping you warm. Also, walking can help warm you up and build lean muscle. After that, work on building up your large muscle groups like your legs, as these will add muscle tissue to your body and increase your metabolism, resulting in faster fat loss.
Alas, cardio must be done, so interval or reverse interval training is best because "slow-go" cardio can put your body into "survival mode" and actually trigger more fat storage.
Good riddance, my friend! :D

I agree, the first step is walking to the gym not driving if it is within walking distance. Secondly its not something to rush into, you'll do yourself an injury if you're not used to it. Start off slowly. Maybe ask someone at the gym to help you write up an exercise plan and try your hardest to stick to it. You're also right, diet is a big part of it. The first step is not to cut out all junk but just lessen it and try to keep up a good protein intake. It might be a good idea to see your doctor to see if they can help you sort out a healthy eating routine as well, then you're set really. Don't expect it to all happen at once, its a slow start but once it gets started and you keep it up it shouldn't take too long but be patient, its worth the wait right?

Phentermine is a chemical product that is very popularly used as a prescription diet pill to stimulate the fat burning process in the body. This makes weight loss process can be a lot easier and faster.

Well I do elliptical for 20 minutes (weight training), then I do some total gym fitness working out my body strength (abs, legs, arms), then I go running or biking every other day to keep them balanced. And I'm not much of a sweet person, but eat lots of food for some reason, which I am watching more of, but more into veggies and fruits.

Bro, at 5'11'' and 160 lbs, you should be concentrating on bulking.
