View Full Version : I think...

It's time for a turn around, lately I've been struggling a lot with myself, almost who I am, what I'm doing, why I can't do things I used to, why I'm slacking, what's wrong with me this time. Why I slightly feel sick at the sight of food again, why I just want to cut myself up and not wake up
I'm strongly considering seeing someone at college, someone who can help me deal with the 232308492 skeletons I've hidden in the back of my wardrobe.
This thread hasn't got much purpose, other than to say I think I've found my small bit of hope amongst the rubble. It is there, I know it is. I don't really want to face what's wrong with me, but I know if I don't, I'll never get through it.

You can get through this mess, and you will. It takes a lot to even start to try.
Congratulations on that.

I am so glad that you are finding help. To see a light at the end of the tunnel is something I wish I could see. It takes wisdom and knowledge for that.

I'm glad that you're reaching out for help, Nat. You'll beat this, I know it. Keep your chin up because you're a beautiful person, inside and out. If you ever need anything you know how to get to me. Be well, Nat.

It's good that you are getting help. It is always the first step to recovery. You can get through it. Just remember the only thing in your way is you. Good luck! :)

had a coincidental talk with my tutor today, with a sheet asking if issues are stopping our studying, mental health was on the list so I decided to jump at the chance to bring it up again (I've spoken to her about it all before but decided not to progress), and well now she's going to get me the paperwork so I can start getting help :)
thank you all so much :hug3:
