idiopathic scrotal oedema

Hi,

I am 16 and when i was younger i had an operation because i had "idiopathic scrotal oedema". This is the swelling of the testees and anus etc. Now that i am 16 i notice i have a rather large scar up my penis in what seems to be going to a flap of skin around the back of my penis and seems to "tuck in" near the head. The skin is very tight around it though and it seems to be even tighter when eracted barely getting it around the head of my penis. Any help would be very helpful,

I don't know, because I'm not a physician, but it could be due to the way that the penis forms. The penis forms in two halves, which then fuse together. This accounts for the line which runs along the underside of the penis. It can be more pronounced in others, but everyone's got it.

My best advice, talk to you GP about it if you're really worried.
