yeah that could be a strained muscle or something different. I recommend seeing a doctor about that just in case it is something more serious.

Take 2 days off. Yeah its a tough thing to do. If it still hurts after 2 days of not masturbating then I'd recommended unsay it to a doc. Don't let embarrassment get in the way of seeking help you don't want to take a chance with sterilty
