I also have plenty of pubic hair since the sixth grade and i now am an 8th
and i my voice has been deep since the summer after 6th
and i was talking to my best friend who is rlly like my brother and he said his balls hang rlly low like he has to hang a right when he wears jeans
so i was wondering how low they should be

dependes, they dont have to hang low, they but hang during pubety, how low they hang depends on the person

They 'drop' in puberty and hang lower. It also depends on temp. When warm they hang and cold they become 'tighter,' this is to regulate the temperature to keep sperm alive.
