Ok, I am trying to get in shape for the running season, so what should I do? I've been doing 2 miles with quite a bit of uphill, and I want to do more but I don't want to overwork myself... I'm 5'5", and 110 lbs (when I ask for help people always ask that...) so any suggestions would be great :)

Keep on doing what you're doing.
Make sure you're eating healthy and working on cardio.
Maybe some pyrotechnics could help for core strength.
A few questions though, for "running season", what does this entail?
Do you have a running team, is it sprinting, track with hurdles or cross country/long distance?
What sort of distances do you have to cover?
What equipment do you have to work with (ie. treadmill, full gym, nothing etc)?

I would tell you push yourself go and do 3 miles one week then 4 then . And so on you'll get in shape and keep things new and remember stretch before and after and drink lots of water before and after to keep hydrated

Well, my 'running season' used to be track with hurdles, but I don't do that anymore because I switched schools to a school that doesn't have athletics teams. I like running long distances, a couple hours hopefully over the summer. I have been doing yoga for stretching and I run with a camelbak with a gallon and generally I drink all of it :D anything else I should do?
