The question is help
But no one will answer
I call out
My mouth fills with sand
Not a word no sound at all
Just confused faces
And fake apologizes
Why not add a fake smile to go along with it
Underneath the smooth lies
Lies ugly hideous scars
Fresh wounds that will scar all to soon
Help please and no one cares

Will even say hello
My face screaming for help
Searching but in the end no one

Now here i lie on the ground
Bleeding out everyone just walks past me

They all just walked away
