Just wanted to let admin know this guy has been causing my mate hassle by sending him sexual messages thru PM's even tho he hasn't got the 100 posts yet.

that person should press the report button. that'll get sent to an admin.

Yeah, this.
PM any staff if someone is hassling your friend. Although, it puzzles me why your friend would tell you to tell an Admin, rather than telling an Admin themselves. Making a thread just to get an Admins attention isn't a good idea. Just PM them instead.

If you have a problem with a member, instead of publically humiliating them by creating a thread with a title like this, report them privately to an admin, like you read in the rules.
I'm changing the thread title, and I'm afraid that means the title of all of your posts too.

I've had a few people that have had less than 100 posts being able to PM me and I asked them about it they had no idea which was weird so maybe something needs tightening up there?

that's definitely not right. the admins should probably look into that.
