Not sure if this is the right place, but whatever..
I just came back from my run maybe 5 minutes ago.. I stopped and walked for maybe 2 minutes, and it was a hour jog. I got home, and now suddenly it hurts to breathe. In the middle of my chest it feels like there is a heart beat.
Why is it doing this?

Sounds to me like it could just be a simple case of cramps? Is it the first time you exercise in a while?

I go to the gym every other day, so no.

I wouldn't worry about it unless it persists. Do you have asthma?

Not to my knowledge..

Well like I said, I wouldn't worry about it, just wait a few days, and, if it persists, THEN get it checked out.

Although it may be nothing to be worried about, that could be many things, and that happens to me if I have an asthma attack and my chest gets all tight. There's nothing wrong with being safe and seeing a doctor now. Be well!

I've made the appointment. I go tomorrow. It's still feels odd, and almost exactly how you described..

Turns out I broke something.. Can't remember what, I just kinda stared and didn't hear what exactly it was. She Said that if the pain is too sharp to bare, to stay home and lay in bed.

When in doubt, see a doctor!!! Its always better to be safe, rather then sorry.
Ouch that sounds like it hurts, can they do anything for the healing?
