my name is nicholas and I am bi and there is a guy I really like at my school. I am thinking about making my first move and I am going to try to put my hand in his lap. I just want to know if i'm going to far for the first move. If you think it is please give me advice.

I would not go straight for the lap, try the knee and judge the reaction.

I don't think thats such a great idea. He might be shocked and react badly to it.

I agree with the others. Lap might be a bit too far for a first time. Maybe just try seing how he reacts if your arm or leg touches his..then you could try something else...take it slow though..most guys are a bit shy about that kind of stuff, and might not know how to react

I also agree with every one, lap may be a little to much. Go for the forearm then go from there.

Agree, lap just seems a bit much for someone newer

Is the guy gay/bi or straight? If you know he's straight, I wouldn't try anything. Gay/bi (or unknown), probably knee. The hand directly into the lap thing is really just intrusive.

Lap is a little extreme for first move, go for like knee or arm like the others have said

Yeah, these are good (:
But if you try the subtle touch on forearm, and if that doesnt work.
Maybe..
When he randomly says something to you in a noisy place, just pretend you couldnt hear him, and reach in closer maybe?

Knee. Lap is little to personal for first move.
