Anyone have any tips on how to be able to do a pull up? Anyworkout routines i can try too? I've always come across fitness testing in P.E. which are so damn annoying since first grade and I can't seem to do 1 pull up.

If you can't do a pullup, I doubt its a technique issue (They're simple as).
You'll need to build up your upper body strength, this means core/chest/ab workouts.
Abs: Crunches/Sit Ups/Planks
Chest: Pushups - If you have dumbells: Dumbell press/lateral raises etc.
Core: Pyrotechnics and running.

I can't be bothered typing a full routine on here, if you would like a routine I'd be happy to help, send me a message.
Otherwise, if you just do those daily till failure (and add in some protein if you can) you will see a difference rather quickly.

ok i dont wanna seem like a downer but pretty much all the moves he told u to do is wrong to build strength for a pullup, those moves are not even for the same body part.
to be able to do a pullup u want to start doing lat and trap exercises, aka *back* exercises

so u wanna do stuff like this,
wide grip pulldown 3 sets of 6-8 reps
reverse grip lat pulldown (like a chinup form) 3 sets of 6-8 reps
bent over overhand barbell rows 3 sets 8-10 reps
deadlifts 3 sets 8-10 reps

this will begin to build up ur back strength which is actually responisble for giving u ur "pulling" strength, ull also see that ur biceps begin to get stronger as well.
