No, sweat all depends on the persons amount of perspiration while exercising. It should not change.

ok but when i was younger and up intell last year i never had armpit sweat and sience the middle of summer my armpits are always sweating

Puberty changes things. Maybe you never worked out hard enough? Maybe you just start sweating there later? They don't put deodorant on babies so it must be puberty
