I'm 14 years old and I wouldn't say I have a 'major' acne problem I would say (especially on my forehead) it is bordering on being 'mild' acne.

I think the main problem is that I have pretty long hair for a boy, just think Justin Biebers old hair look. Which of course builds up the oil which causes me to have at a guess 13/14 small spots under my fringe, this is not visable of course due to my hair being in the way of it but I would never dare lift up my fringe to reveal whats underneath to people at school etc.

Currently I have 3/4 on my chin also these ones are not that visable which is good.

I have 3 spots on my upper lip right under the nose these are fairly okay but sometimes 1 or 2 can sometimes get extemely red and bloody.

I have 1 on the bottom of my nose which is reletively ok and also 1 between my two eye-brows thankfully that spot is going away after previous days of trying to make it non-visable finally it is starting to go.

In the morning I use a water-based cleanser from Clean and Clear which I think helps keep oil levels down on the affected areas only for about 2/3 hours max then in the middle of the day my forehead starts getting greasy again.

I also use this gel kinda thing from Freederm which you rub into your spots and it helps reduce the size.

And also I sometimes use this amazing product called a 'Witch stick concealer' and its good for the skin (witch hazel extract) but the only problem is SOMETIMES people in class can tell that I am wearing the concealer and it gets ultra embarrasing although I am only using it to cover up my spots and try to make them better.

Please give me your honest opinion what I should do, thank you very very much! :)

If oil build up is your issue, wash your face at least twice every day. Once in the morning and once at night. Be very thorough, take your time and really make sure you get all of that oil off. Buy some facial soap or an acne soap (for the face) because your face is a bit more sensitive than the rest of your body. If you keep on top of it you should be in the clear.
