Running shorts

I bought some running shorts and they have the underwear shaped netting inside. Just wondering if you're supposed to wear underwear underneath them coz im nervous I'll get a boner..

The netting is there so you don't need to wear underwear, like a bathing suit, but if you'd feel more comfortable wearing it no body is stopping you.

You can definitely wear underwear I wear compression shorts under my running shorts as well as underwear just in case cause for a race I was forced to take my compression shorts off and didn't have any underwear and was extremley akward running three miles without underwear on and I was also very scared about getting a boner or even stuff coming out so don't be afraid to wear underwear wit them

I usually wear compression shorts under my running shorts, but if you want to go comando go for it. It feels good too.

It's up to you. They are made for wearing no underwear, but i wear compression shorts under mine (i run track) so my package isn't bouncing around while im sprinting haha

I wear compression shorts just to keep everything snug when I'm competing

When I wear my racing shorts I just freeball it because compression shorts are too uncomfortable for long distance and boxers hang out the sides so it looks stupid. In 3 years ive never gotten one while wearing them.

I usually don't wear underwear under mine unless I'm sprinting. Boners aren't usually a problem though cause I guess my body is too engaged in another physical activity. Whatever makes running more comfortable for you...don't worry about getting hard lol

You don't have to wear underwear, but if you feel better with underwear then it's fine too.

I wouldnt wear underwear, especially if you already have that netting in your shorts, just sounds like you wont be comfortable

I wouldn't wear underwear, i think it would be exiting to free ball like that. You do what u are comfortable with though lol.
