"Your noticiactions" not showing up

I just got unbanned, and I've noticed that "Your Notifications" is now showing up where it normally is.

"Your Notifications" will only show up if you have any notifications.
Otherwise it will read "Private Messages: Unread XX Total XX."

You're right, I just got a notification now. I remember it used to say "Your Notifications: 0" though?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think if your PM inbox is completely empty, then that message will show up.

Nope, nothing has changed, at least not as long as I can remember.
Perhaps you just remember it differently. ;)
