I have two question that I need to know what's wrong with it.

I am 13, I shave my legs and what are these red spots alike thing on my thighs when I shave?

What is normal dick size for 13 years old?

Shaving rash. It's normal if you shave against the grain..try not to do that and try not to shave the same area more than once. Also invest in a quality razor blade and shaving cream.

And probably about 3 or 4 inches when erect?

the red spots are most likely either ingrown hairs or just irritation from the shaver/razor. Nothing to worry about. And your penis could be pretty much any size at your age. Everyone grows at a different rate.

I agree with him. Just razor irritation and your size will change when you get older.

i had those red bumps when i shaved my pubes then went away after a while im not shaving there for a while lol
and your penis will grow around your age u good
