._. I decided to upgrade Windows 7 to W8 Consumer preview. I hate it.

Have any of you tried it out? What did you think of it?

What is wrong with it? If you don't like the tile look you can always go back to the W7 desktop.

No I haven't used it but from what I'v seen it doesn't look that bad.

I think Microsoft is trying to keep up with being modern, but in the wrong way. I really dislike the metro feel to it.

It's just really jerky and incompatible with programs (some developed by MS themselves, good going MS)and the new theme isn't very well organized.

I first used it when the developer preview came out and again with the consumer preview, hate it. Looks like I'l be sticking with W7 and Linux.
