Hey, I'm fifteen and i'm kinda worried that ive stopped growing, in the last year ive grown probably about an inch maybe less and i havent notcied any changes that much in my penis, do you think Im done growing or im still gonna grow?

Most likely, yes, you will keep growing. In fact, guys don't really end puberty completely until their early 20's.
There is no set time for when puberty starts; in some it is later than others, and there's no problem with that.
All you can do is give it time.

You don't stop growing until your early 20s, so you've got plenty of time to grow
