I'm trying to lose weight (and hopefully get a 6 pac)

So i was wondering how many stomach crunches should i do every night?

Do it until you feel tired, then do 5-10 more :P

i dont know who told u that crunches bring in a 6 pack but they dont, i could do situps with a 90lb dumbell across my chest and i never got my 6 pack until i started eating really healthy and increasing my cardio. so pretty much do weight training that consists of whole body exercises, eat clean, and do cardio

Yeah, also... Drink milk for muscle restoration. Make sure you do cardio such as running, Cycling, swimming (Good one because it works on all your body), step aerobics, rowing and walking.

if ur trying to lose weight stay away pretty much completely from dairy if u can, the lactose and milk fats add on the pounds
