Work on stretching it, it takes time but it'll eventually get looser and all.

As said up there. If you stretch it when you're taking a shower everytime, it'll get loose. I used to have the same problem when I was younger.

Whats in bold, taking a nice hot shower/bath (whatever you prefer), and streching it there should help you

I used to have this too, but eventually after about a year of stretching (I wasn't a very devoted stretcher), I finally got it past the head.
