I always shoot. Most of the time I just let it happen. Sometimes I push at the right moment. Its like when you finish peeing you push to get the last drops out. That feeling. You just have to let it happen on its own. Some guys can do it and some can't. Either way is perfectly normal.

There's no "how" to it. Everyone will be different. It can relate to your arousal level and stage in puberty, but some people might never shoot at all after completing puberty. For me, personally, I usually get to my chest.
