The measure of penis has to made when is erect?
My penis is 11-12 cm long (erect). I'm 14 years old. Is that ok?

yup perfectly normal, that's almost exactly what the average penis length is erect and you still have plenty of time to grow.

That's perfectly fine for a 14 year old. I'm a bit bigger but there are plenty of people smaller than you, and bigger than both of us. You still have lots of time to grow, if you're worried.

I had to do the conversion, 12 cm = about 4.75 inches. That's fine for 14, you could easily add another inch or so when you get older.
