Because of the norton on my computer my parents can view anything they want unless they disable that part and they said they have although i dont believe them, anyway.
They can't physically force you to tell them the passwords but I think just to stop them bothering you about it and keep them happy maybe just give it to them, if worst comes to worst you can always change them however you parents could get there first, it's a tricky one really.
I don't think it has anything to do with you being first born. Me and my sister have the same things installed although we don't ahve to give passwords. Though it is true that the younger sibling gets cut a lot of slack and is babied (in my house anyway) but wouldn't that make the parents be more protective of them? I dont know? But first born is kind of like a test run where they can check what they need to do right and whats wrong so they dont make the same mistake again so you could say it's because of that, that she is over protective.
Sorry i'm no help, could go either way really.

Has nothing to do with being first born, they just want to make sure your not talking to people you shouldn't be talking to, which is completely normal :P I wouldn't overly worry about it, my sister was the same (since my parents don't know how to use computers) she knew my myspace/facebook one, I eventually changed my facebook one, and she just likes to watch over :P

I have three brothers I'm the second oldest and no it doesn't mean that your the first child and it "happens", some parents are strict and some are laid back. Hope that helps you.
