Shaved my pubes

I have recently shaved my pubic hairs( idk why, my friends do it so I thought I would try) and now I have many red dots.
Does anyone know what they are?
If so how long will they last?
Should I just leave them alone or do anything?
Are they ingrown hairs?

I get the same and it could be irritation or ingrown hairs. Try to take your time on shaving and use shaving cream. This is only temporary so give it maybe a few days and it should go way. I'm not sure exactly how long. It's nothing big so just let go away on its own.

Could be irritation from the blade or ingrown hairs...either way, it's probably temporary and should clear up in a couple days

Yeah it happens it's a razor burn it can happen if you shave improperly or if you use a dull blade it will go away but the discomfort will go away if you just moisturize the area with the razor burn

Yeaah it's razor burn/irritation. The best way to stop it happening is to trim the area first with scissors til it's really short. Then cover the area in shaving foam and shave with the hair, not against! Afterwards, moisturise or use talcom powder and avoid wearing tight fitted boxers.

If you want all hair removed, wax.

I'd recommend just trimming though.
